I have the scissors a month since I bought it. First , I thought it not sharp enough until one my regular client who has thick and strong hair and I had great easy cut ever with him. It perfect with my hand and very light. Fell great with Japanese scissors. Shipping is supper fast. Will buy a texture scissors next time ❤️
The scissors I received seem to be second hand or refurbished. Not new!

Good quality have been enjoying using them as the first high quality scissors I have invented in
Scissors are loose and kept bending hair when I would try and cut. I’m tightening the screw to see if this helps.
I feel that after two weeks of doing moderate haircuts, my scissors are bending the hair now and dull. How should I proceed to use my brand new scissors in the salon setting do you offer sharpening? I would hate to have to send them away for a long time or is there an upgrade and chairs that will stay sharper longer I take very good care of my shares and I’ve been cutting hair for over 30 years. Thanks for your help.

I have 2 pairs of jowels that are between 30/35 years old, loved them from the very first day, hardly ever had to adjust the tension. However, the pair I just purchased feel blunt 🤔 And I'm having to adjust the tension after every hair cut, I don't know what is going on with them, I don't know wether to try another pair, or change to a different brand, postage took way too long!!!! Concernant les ciseaux, j'aurais aimé qu'ils aient un tranchant plus incisif sur les gros cheveux. D'ailleurs , pouvez -vous m'indiquer si ,d'après vous , leur tranchant peut s'intensifier après une période de rodage? D'autres part , c'est la 3e fois que je tente de vous commander 3 butées pour ces ciseaux Joewell classic 6,5 . Je suis d'ailleurs prêt à vous régler les frais d'envoi. Ils vous suffit de m'indiquer le montant total de cette commande , ainsi que le vos coordonnées bancaires, afin que je puisse effectuer le virement. I have had these scissors for years, I have had others but keep going back to the Joel’s. They are light weight but the steel is durable. I would recommend them.
Quick service great scissors
On the first couple of days of use, it was sharp and smooth to cut, but I don’t know why after a few days, it feels a bit blunt, when I try to cut hair straight lines , the hair moves while the blades close. And it is a bit smaller than I expected. For point up , it is not too bad. Not suitable for scissor over comb and sliding.
