When will I be charged for a pre-order?
Pre-orders are charged at the time of placing the order. This secures your place in the queue and locks in the current price. If you change your mind before dispatch, we'll issue a full refund.
I already have a pre-order — what's the status?
We've contacted all customers with existing pre-orders individually. If you haven't heard from us, please email support@japanscissors.com.au with your order number and we'll give you a specific update.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes — you can cancel anytime before your order is dispatched for a full refund. Just email us with your order number.
Will prices change when new stock arrives?
Due to rising costs from Japanese manufacturers, prices may increase on select models. Pre-ordering now locks in the current listed price.
The model I want doesn't show a pre-order option?
Not all models have pre-ordering enabled on the product page. Email us at support@japanscissors.com.au with the model, size and your details — we'll manually reserve it for you.
