Japan Scissors is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your Scissors within 7 days of the ship date - in its original condition with original packaging. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
Email Hello@japanscissors.com.au with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the scissors are defective or damaged during shipping, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choosing.
We do not accept any returns after 7 days from receiving the item
If you have ordered the wrong sizes or would like to exchange your scissors for a different pair, simply contact Japan Scissors within 7 days of receiving the package. A team member will organise an agreed upon exchanged pair, or offer a full refund on the product. Your exchange pair will ship within 1-2 business days of us receiving the previous pair of shears. Please note, all customers are responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
To cancel an order, please contact Japan Scissors as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our logistics warehouse.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records outlining the refund amount and refunded items. Once received, we will process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 3-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
- Products returned not in the same condition sent will incur up to a 30% restocking fee. An example of this will be returning scissors without the original packaging, box, accessories or the scissors being damaged.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.
