Change of Mind 7-Day Return Guide

We understand its hard to buy online with just pictures and a description, so we offer a 7-day (after receiving) exchange and return.

Japan Scissors is built on a community of satisfied hairstylists, barbers, and home haircutting enthusiasts. So we do whatever we can to make you happy and keep coming back to buy more scissors. :)

Quick Summary:

  • You can try out your scissors, or other product, and return them within 7-days of the tracking's delivered date for the first order.
  • Keep the contents and the product in good condition. Don't throw anything away.
  • Simply contact us on hello@japanscissors.com.au and/or fill out the form here: Japan Scissors Returns Form
  • This does not cover warranty, free products, marketing promotional products, etc. You have 7-days from the delivery of the products on your order.

Our everyday lives are busy, so we do what we can to make this process as easy as possible. If you have any questions about returning your order, please feel free to contact us anytime!

The Steps To Return Your Product:

  1. Request a return through email and/or the form (here).
  2. Our team will quickly confirm your eligibility, and if approved, you will be sent the return instructions.
  3. Once returned, our team inspects the condition of the packaging, its contents, and the main product. If everything is in good and resellable condition, we will
    1. Exchange your product
    2. Provide a credit
    3. Refund to the original payment method
