The scissors took about 1.5 months to arrive, but the quality is very good. They are sharp and work well, so I'm happy with the purchase despite the long delivery time.
I checked the reviews before making my purchase. Lots of positive experiences so I went ahead and placed an order. I Unfortunately did not have a great experience. When My scissors hasn't arrived after a week , and checking the tracking number, I contacted the company. They apologised and said it would be sent as a priority and would send an email co firming that. A few days go by, no email and the tracking number still hasn't moved. I email again. Again an apology and more assurance it would be sent priority. They arrived 3 weeks after. When I did finally receive them, the scissors had a dent in the blade. I emailed again, sent photos and they responded saying they would check on it and get back to me asap. That was a week ago. I'm not going to chase it up, I have wasted enough time. Definitely won't buy from nor recommend this company.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Mina Umi Master scissors! As a beginner in hairdressing, these are my first professional scissors, and they’re perfect. it lasted 7 months before getting dull
Scissors are good but it took over 2 weeks to arrive. tracking showed delayed/lost transit or some bs

Fantastic that both scissors cut easily. However, for the trimming scissors, there seems to black specks falling out of the trimming area…
For some who isn’t a hair dresser and left handed. They still cut amazingly. Just make sure to not cut with them upside down 😂

Shipping info didn't line up with the actual delivery. It still said they hadn't shipped yet, but they had actually arrived within 4 days. Product is fantastic and has exceeded my expectations.

Delighted with these scissors
I got the Mina Sakura II Professional Scissors Set and Japan Scissors forgot to include the case, which is irritating because I chose this set over another set specifically because the case is pictured so I could be more sure that it came with the case (they do not list what actually comes in the sets and kits on their website, which maybe should have been a sign). The boxes pictured are not the same as what the scissors actually come in, but do appear to be genuine product, so they probably haven't updated the photos with the change in packaging. When contacted about the case, they indicated that they would send me the case because it was indeed supposed to be included in the set, but since saying so they have not responded to any of my messages asking about the status of the case and no case has appeared (and it has been about a month now). The scissors are of good quality, so the portion of the product I received would get a 5 star rating, but the customer service is barely there.
