The Promotion commences at 12:00 AM local time on Friday, 28 November 2025 and concludes at 11:59 PM local time on Tuesday, 2 December 2025 in the respective timezone of each participating website ("Promotion Period").

Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for entry, regardless of when they are received or processed.

Daily Drawing Schedule:

Entry is open to:

• Individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
• Persons with a valid delivery address in a country serviced by the participating websites
• Both professional hairdressers/barbers and consumers

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Directors, management, employees, and immediate family members of the Promoter
• Agencies or suppliers directly associated with this Promotion
• Anyone who has won a prize from the Promoter valued at $500 or more in the preceding 12 months

To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must:

1. Visit any participating Japan Scissors website during the Promotion Period
2. Place a qualifying order with a minimum spend of $150 (in the local currency of the website: AUD, USD, or NZD) – calculated after discounts, before shipping
3. Complete payment in full
4. Provide valid contact details including email address and delivery address

Entry is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase. No additional action is required.

Orders that do not qualify:

• Orders totalling less than $150 (in local currency) after discounts
• Orders that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, or charged back
• Orders placed using fraudulent payment methods
• Gift card purchases (unless combined with physical products totalling $150+)

Entrants receive giveaway entries based on their order total (after discounts, before shipping). Thresholds apply in the local currency of each website:

Multiple Orders: Entrants may place multiple qualifying orders during the Promotion Period across any or all participating websites. Each qualifying order earns entries according to the tier structure above. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may accumulate.

Entry Calculation: Entry tier is determined by the highest applicable threshold per order. For example, an order of $520 qualifies for 15 entries (Master Craftsman tier), not 1 + 5 + 15.

A total of 60 prizes will be awarded across the Promotion Period (12 prizes per day for 5 days).

Prize Specifications:

• Sizes available: 5.0", 5.5", or 6.0" only
• All prizes are right-handed models only
• Prize selection is at the sole discretion of the Promoter
• Winners may indicate size preference via order notes; preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability

Total Prize Pool Value: Approximately $5,000 – $15,000 AUD (varies based on random selection)

Winners are selected via random electronic draw conducted by the Promoter.

Draw Process:

1. All qualifying entries from all participating websites for the previous 24-hour period are compiled into a single draw pool
2. Each entry is assigned a unique identifier
3. A verified random number generator is used to select 12 winning entries
4. The draw is conducted each morning (AEDT) for the preceding day's orders across all websites

An entrant may win one (1) prize per day. If the same entrant is drawn multiple times in a single daily draw, only the first selection is valid; subsequent selections for that entrant are redrawn.

An entrant may win prizes on multiple different days if they hold valid entries in each day's draw pool.

Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the draw via:

1. Email to the address provided at checkout
2. Publication on the BFCM sale page of the website where the winning order was placed

Published Winner Information:

For transparency and verification, winner announcements will include:

• Order date
• Winner's initials (first name initial + last name initial)
• City/Suburb only (no country or state identifier)
• Prize won (brand and model)

Full names will not be published without explicit consent from the winner.

Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to notification within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw or reallocate the prize at its discretion.

Prizes will be delivered via express shipping at no additional cost to the winner.

Delivery Method:

• If the winner's original order has not yet shipped, the prize will be included with their order
• If the winner's order has already been dispatched, the prize will be sent separately within 5 business days of winner notification

International Delivery: Prizes will be shipped to the delivery address provided on the qualifying order. For international orders, the winner is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
